Terms and Conditions for Core Lingua

Effective Date: January 29, 2026

  1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided under the brand Core Lingua, which is a trading name of Gureev-Rups Holding Ltd, a company incorporated and operating under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

Any reference to “Core Lingua”, “we”, “us” or “our” shall be understood as a reference to Gureev-Rups Holding Ltd.

By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Services

Core Lingua provides professional language and content related services, including but not limited to:

  • Translation and localization services
  • Content writing and editorial services
  • Voice over and audio related services

The scope, timeline and pricing of each service will be agreed upon individually in writing before the commencement of work.

  1. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

  • Provide complete, accurate and lawful source materials
  • Ensure that they hold all necessary rights to the materials supplied
  • Respond in a timely manner to requests for clarification or approval

Delays caused by incomplete or late information may affect delivery timelines.

  1. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in euros unless otherwise agreed.
Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice, typically fourteen days from the invoice date.

Core Lingua reserves the right to suspend or withhold delivery of services in case of late or non payment.

  1. Revisions and Corrections

Reasonable revisions are included where they relate to errors or omissions directly attributable to Core Lingua.
Changes resulting from updated source material, altered instructions or new requirements may be subject to additional fees.

  1. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in the final delivered work are transferred to the client upon full payment.
Core Lingua retains the right to reference completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless confidentiality has been explicitly agreed.

  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all non public information exchanged during the course of the project as confidential.
This obligation survives the termination or completion of the agreement.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Core Lingua shall perform its services with reasonable skill and care.
However, Core Lingua shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or financial losses, including loss of profit or business opportunities.

The total liability of Core Lingua shall in all cases be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

  1. Force Majeure

Core Lingua shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, governmental actions or other unforeseeable circumstances.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate a project by written notice.
The client remains liable for all work completed up to the termination date.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cyprus.

  1. Amendments

Core Lingua reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The version in force at the time of contract conclusion shall apply.
